Metanoia Ventures is led by TJ, who has over 10 years of experience in leading hunting expeditions throughout New Zealand. TJ's love for the great outdoors and his passion for hunting and tailoring trips is evident in everything he does. He thrives on the opportunity to help others achieve their goals.
Alongside TJ you'll usually find his shadow - Bear. Bear was adopted by TJ when he was 7 months old and since, has been trained to be the very best mountain companion throughout a hunt. Bear is now 6 and loves sniffing out the stags.

That's why we're proud to have Chef Liam as part of our team - his expertise in butchery, cooking, and presentation are second to none. He has cooked in some of the most renowned restaurants in New Zealand and Rarotonga and is highly skilled at creating unique dishes showcasing some of the finest combinations of New Zealand game and seasonal New Zealand produce. From field to plate, we guarantee a memorable dining experience.

William is a key member of our hunting team at Metanoia Ventures. He's renowned as the mountain goat of the team, with a tireless stamina for traversing the rugged terrain. Hunting since he was only a young lad, William brings a lot of skill when it comes to exploring New Zealand back country. He also brings questionable jokes, love for the great outdoors and a passion for sharing his knowledge with others. William is an essential part of our team and we're stoked to have him onboard.

Originally from Scotland and now calling New Zealand home, Megan has a passion for all things travel and experience orientated. With a background in luxury travel and marketing, it's safe to say she knows the 'wow' experiences on offer throughout New Zealand. From hosting clients, to planning their travel itinerary and down-day activities, Megan is here to add to your New Zealand experience. When she's not planning your travels, you'll find her hanging out with Bear and keeping the boys in line!
